It all started at a yard sale in 1992.  After picking up a

couple of watches, I was quite shocked at the charges to have one repaired.  Being a "frugal" individual, I decided to try to start working on a few myself.  This led to some wonderful friendships along the way of collector, repairmen, and other enthusiasts as myself.

Without any formal training and enough tools, I am just confident enough to do most of my own work now if I just had the time.
